Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 12 PM.
All departures after 12 PM will be considered as late departure and additional cost of RM50.00 per hour will be applied to the Guest. If check-out is after 6PM, an extra night including breakfast, will be charged. Please check for details with the Management.
Note: Please inform the Management if you need to make a different arrangement on your check-in/check-out time.
Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within the specified time frame will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after the specified time frame will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation cost.
No-shows or early departures will be charged the full reservation amount.
