This villa provides a perfect short-stay vacation home for friends or family due to its ample sized bedrooms, comfortable accommodations engulfed with modern-tropical chic design elements to exquisite touch of modern wall paintings.
The villa has three large bedrooms each features a king-size bed, two queen-size beds, A/C, and an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom. This villa is also equipped with an outdoor balcony and outdoor shower facility to allow for maximum exposure to outdoor elements, and natural breeze from the sea.

To ensure that you make the most of your time with us, we have prepared our Directory of Services & House Rules to help to inform you about the wide range of the facilities, amenities and services we provide.
Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 12 PM.
All departures after 12 PM will be considered as late departure and additional cost of RM50.00 per hour will be applied to the Guest. If check-out is after 6PM, an extra night including breakfast, will be charged. Please check for details with the Management.
Note: Please inform the Management if you need to make a different arrangement on your check-in/check-out time.
Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within the specified time frame will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after the specified time frame will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation cost.
No-shows or early departures will be charged the full reservation amount.
